CUSTOMERS SUPPORT WAL-MART TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EMPLOYEES!

This must not be allowed to continue. Only customers have the POWER to STOP it.
It must also be the duty of the Federal, State and County Governments to protect employees hired by companies who claim that emplyees are better off without the union.

Here is my story:
Based on Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, I am disabled.
My disability began on July 8, 2004.
While I was employed by Wal-mart and was working,
I sustained a left shoulder injury on 7/08/04.
I was in the process of pulling a pullet and was not against the wall and then fell directly on the
left shoulder and landed on an empty pallet. After being injured, I was evaluated by a number of health providers and received physical therapy. On 7/20/05, I underwent arthroscopic surgery of the left shoulder at Fairfax Surgical Center. Inspite of extensive physical therapy, I still remained with limitation of motion and functional disability with regard to the left shoulder.

Recommendation was made to proceed with another manupulation of the shoulder,
arthroscopic debridement and lysis of adhesions.
The second surgery has been denied by the insurance carrier.
I continued on excercises with a combination of physical therapy home program.

I was last seen by Dr. Branche in July 2006.
I underwent in Independent Medical evaluation on 1/16/07 by Dr. Malak.
After becoming disabled, I was placed in the position of Door Greeter at one of Wal-mart Stores.
I worked at Kinstowne Wal-mart and that was light duty because I had to greet people as they were coming to the store. Still I could not push the shopping cart using both hands because I had pain in left shoulder. I still continue in physical theraphy on my own. I still have pain.
Neither customers nor Federal, State and County governments are on my side!
I ask anyone who might be in a position to give me an advice to contact me at:

Thanks,
James Makoetla.
